I am curious, do you normally have those triangular dumplings available? You posted this article as the dragon boat festival just passed a couple weeks ago.

Here in Vietnam, there is special food for the dragon boat festival (around June 10) called "Bánh Ú". It is sticky rice with a bit of that dreaded pork belly you mentioned and maybe salted egg, similar to how you described it in a triangular dumpling. Delicious!
